OK, I know it's my second post of the day, but I just had to post this! Something I read on some one's MySpace:
"Last night, my wife and I were sitting in the living room and I said to her, "I never want to live in a vegetative state, dependent on some machine and fluids from a bottle. If that ever happens, just pull the plug." She got up, unplugged the TV and then threw out my beer."
The best part is, I read it out loud to P, and he was simultaneously grabbing his beer and holding it in a "baby" way with this sad look on his face as the Olympics were playing in the background!

That IS funny. What is even more funny is that Chris's even has involved the same thing. Beer and olympics. Nice.

It's too hot to even sit in the house and watch the Olympics! We're in the 90's here...ACH! That is a funny joke, though :-) Today, dad is replacing my crappy kitchen faucet!! Hooray!! I am SO excited! Pictures to follow...
Well, I hope your home improvement project is going better than ours. We cannot figure out a way to get the broken screw out of the J-box... it is only a 1/8" hole and the broken part is at least 2" up it, so all the screw extractors we can find online are too fat and not long enough to reach it! Uhg... I'm not sure I'll ever get my ceiling fan up!
